ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Edward and Conrad Petersen were the sons of Dr. William F. and Alma Schmidt Petersen. Nathan Green Osbourne, Jr. was the son of Nathan and Catherine Bartholomay Osbourne. The three boys were great-grandsons of Chicago brewer Conrad Seipp, who built the main house at Black Point in 1888.
