Wisconsin State Capitol Finally Dedicated
Low angle view looking up at the full height of the face of one wing of the Wisconsin State Capitol building. At lower right, behind a podium, is Gov. Warren Knowles. At lower left are politicians sitting in front of flags. The capitol was never dedicated after completion in 1917. Forty-eight years later, on July 7, 1965, it was formally dedicated, after it's exterior was chemically cleaned. |
