This map of Wisconsin shows electric transmission lines, cities, and county boundaries. It includes a list of holding groups and operating companies. Caption reads: "Map shows existing lines as of November 1, 1934. Line voltages given in K.V. Transmission lines are 3 phase 60 cycle unless otherwise noted." A key below the title shows symbols for distribution system and generation station ownership by transmission company, municipality, or private company, as well as hydro-electric generating stations, steam electric generating stations, oil/gasoline generation stations, and isolated substations.
