Group portrait of construction workers for the dome of the fourth Wisconsin State Capitol building. In total thirty-two men are posing, with six of the men marked with numbers drawn in pen. Caption on back reads: "Gang of structuralism workers erecting the superstructure of the new dome of the Wis State Capl Bldg. #1 - C W Hamilton (Draft.) #2 - Dan McKee (foreman) #3 - Al Long (rivet foreman) #4 - A Dawson (foreman) #5 - C W George (time keeper) #6 - (Smity) F E Smith.
