State Street in Winter
View across snowy street towards the 200 block of State Street, the north side. On the corner at number 235 is the Badger Cigar Pipes and Tobacco store. Moving to the left the next identifiable store is a barbershop with a striped pole and a painted sign on the window that reads: "U R Next," followed by C.J Kruse at number 231, selling fruit and bakery. Further down is a restaurant, grocery store, a sign for "S. Ribansky Ladies' Tailor," and a billiards hall. There are horse-drawn wagons or carts parked along the curb. |
