Commemorative Roster of Company D, 7th Wisconsin Infantry

Hand-lettered Civil War commemorative roster of Company D, Seventh Wisconsin Infantry Regiment, known as the Stoughton Light Guard. The background is decorated with stars and an eagle with a banner in its beak. Photographs of the following officers have been pasted onto it: Colonel Joseph Van Dor (Milwaukee), Lt. Colonel William W. Robinson (Sparta), Major Charles A. Hamilton (Milwaukee), Captain Emerson F. Giles (Stoughton), and a 2nd Lt., probably either Amasa T. Reed (Stoughton) or Charles W. Cook (Madison).
