Tourists Guide and Good Road Map of Wisconsin
The map shows the entire state with cities, rivers, and lakes labeled. The upper and right margin include inset maps of Racine, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Appleton, Kenosha, Green Bay, Madison, Oconomowoc, Marinette, Beloit, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, Watertown, Sheboygan, and Janesville. The lower left corner includes a key of state and national highways and an explanation of roads: concrete and cement, gravel and macadam, unimproved roads, and roads under construction. The cover of the map is visible in the upper left corner and reads: "Drive on Concrete Inter-State Maps Show the Way Auto Trail Map of Wisconsin". The cover include a drawing of an automobile at a fork in the road and poses the question, "Which Way?". |
