Map or Atlas
Wisconsin
This colored road map shows automobile roads in Wisconsin as well as portions of nearby states. Information on the quality and type of any road shown (paved, dirt, etc.) can be found in the legend in the bottom left corner. The boundary between the Central and Eastern Time Zones is shown, as are ferry lanes through Lake Superior and Lake Michigan. Along the left and right edges of the front of the map, an index of towns and cities in Wisconsin and their populations is featured. On the back side of the map, street maps for Kenosha, Madison, Milwaukee, and Racine can be found, above a highway map of the eastern United States and below an advertisement for the Pure Oil Company. In the bottom right corner, there is a mileage table for major cities in the U.S. |
