The Milwaukee Boat House
The Edmund B. Gustorf house, built in the 1920's in the shape of a boat, sitting on a low rise at the corner of East Hampshire Street (foreground left) and North Cambridge Avenue. There are portholes in the lower level of the house, and a flag pole is standing in the yard. There is a small building, possibly the garage, of conventional design behind the house. There is a large puddle in the street in the foreground. |
