Poster providing information about draft registration in the twenty-third district of Milwaukee. Includes map of the district showing precinct boundaries and polling places. Poster text reads: "DRAFT LAW NOTICE! County of Milwaukee, City of Milwaukee. Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the proclamation of the President of the United States, and to the draft law, the following places of registration have been provided in the city of Milwaukee for the 23rd WARD where all male persons, between the ages of 18 and 45, both inclusive, domiciled in said Ward, and coming under the provisions of the Act of Congress of May 18, 1917, must present themselves between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. for MILITARY REGISTRATION On Thursday September 12, 1918 at the Polling place in their precinct. For location of Polling place and precinct boundary, see map. Signed: Daniel W. Hoan, Mayor. Dated, September 3rd, 1918."
