TD-9 — Oil Field Pumping
Subject: "TD-9 — Oil Field Pumping." Where Taken: "NE." Information with photograph reads: "Owned by Minard Run Oil Co., Custer City, Pa. The tractor in this case has moved most of the gear to the scene of operations and now by the use of the winch is removing the 25 foot length rods. The Pennsylvania oil being of a parafin base is apt to clog the pumping plunger at the base of the well in the oil pool with parafin which necessitates pulling wells quite often to clear." |
