Dedication of the New State Bar Headquarters

United States Supreme Court Justice Tom C. Clark, center, was the main speaker at the dedication of the new headquarters for the State Bar of Wisconsin at 402 West Wilson Street. Other men are, left to right: Philip S. Habermann, Herbert L. Terwilliger, Charles L. Goldberg, and Francis Wilcox. The nine-foot figure of justice on the building wall was designed by Professor James S. Watrous, chairman of the art history department of the University of Wisconsin. |
