Mrs. James H. Smith, 3112 Furey Avenue, wins third-grand prize in the annual <i>Wisconsin State Journal</i> recipe contest. Mrs. Smith, a 1957 graduate of the University of Wisconsin in economics, is assistant to the employment manager at Oscar Mayer and Company. Her appetizer recipe is for "mock chicken liver loaf," made from jelled beef consomme and filled with a liver sausage mixture to be served as a spread for crackers.
