Two men with a Dalmation dog and a fire truck. News release accompanying the photograph reads: "California's Lt. Governor Ed Reinecke (left), recently presented ten International model 2050-A Fleetstar fire trucks to local Chiefs from all over the state. The new units, painted a distinctive lime and yellow color to make them more visible, were equipped with CAT 1160 engines. Also on hand for the presentation was Dick Barrows, Chief, Fire and Rescue Division, Office of Emergency Services."
