The Wisconsin Retail Hardware Association and the Fire and Casualty Company opened the new three-story building on August 2, 1922. The front of the building has stone planters with flowers in the ground level windows and stone planters with lampposts at the sidewalk. The entrance is very ornate with stone relief decorations. An automobile is parked on the left. |
