Milwaukee Veterans Home
Text on front reads: "Milwaukee Ave. Wisconsin Vet. Home. Waupaca, Wis." Two women walk on a sidewalk along a snow-covered, unpaved street. On each side are cottages surrounded by trees, built for injured Civil War Veterans and their wives. The facility began operations in 1888.
