Farmer Dale Eisenman, Jefferson, Oregon, field tests pre-production Model 24-SC corn picker attached to Farmall H tractor on the farm of Douglas Bradley. Caption reads: "This Model 24-SC (sweet corn) picker is approximately the same as the regular No. 24 field corn picker with the husking rolls removed and stripper plates added alongside the snapping rolls. A newly designed star-type snapping roll and high-speed gear case are also utilized." |
