Fire Fighter's Diploma

Diploma awarded to fire fighter James Richard Cummings for his service to Madison in 1869. The diploma is illustrated with scenes of fire fighting heroics, but two illustrations are specific to Madison: Pinckney Street (See Image ID: 23462) and the Saint Julien Building.
