Warren F.B. Gardner and Horlick's Malted Milk Bottles
Warren Fenn Bodurtha Gardner, almost 5, poses with empty Horlick's Malted Milk bottles in appreciation to Horlick's. Young Gardner's mother died shortly after he was born, and he couldn't tolerate pure cow's milk. His aunt and grandmothers fed him Horlick's, resulting in the healthy boy pictured here. |
