Albumen print of the Congressional Committee, in front of the Abraham Lincoln home for Lincoln's funeral. The Congressional Committee accompanied Lincoln's body all the way to Springfield. From time to time crowds around the Lincoln home would be cleared away for official photographs of mourners. The home is decorated with mourning ribbons. |
