William Spaulding

Quarter-length oval portrait of William Spaulding. He was born in Bradford County, Pennsylvania on August 30, 1807. Spaulding came to Wisconsin in November of 1836, and resided in Rock County. He was one of the first three County commissioners, chairman of the township board of supervisors for two years, and a member of the Republican party. |
