Quarter-length oval portrait of Robert Aiken. He was born in Alleghany County, Pennsylvania, on December 25, 1816. Aiken came to Grant County, Wisconsin in 1835, and moved to Richland County in 1845. He was the first white settler to make a home on the Pine River in Richland County. |
