Donated to WHS by Vida P. Langley, El Cajon, CA, in 1973. Vida claimed that "not one person in the family could tell me who had painted it." Vida's grandfather was Victor Peck, son of Roseline Peck, who lived in the Cabin. His great aunt was Victoria Wisconsiana. Victoria was born in the cabin, and regarded as the first white child born in Madison. |
