From this store Rennebohm launched a chain of stores, Rennebohm Drug Stores, Inc., that made him a wealthy man and led to a political career as governor of Wisconsin. The Badger Pharmacy building dates to 1875. It was built by Frank Fleckstein as a saloon and restaurant and in 1908 became a drug store. |
