Losey Memorial Arch
The Losey Memorial Arch, built in honor of Joseph W. Losey. Mr. Losey was an early pioneer lawyer of the town, made District Attorney in 1857 and City Attorney in 1860. He was extremely active in many phases of community life, and was especially interested in beautifying the city. He died in 1901. Caption reads: "Losey Memorial, La Crosse, Wis." |
