Georgian Revival Style House

Exterior view of the Charles Foster Smith/Frederick Ogg house, 1711 Kendall Avenue, University Heights. The Georgian Revival style is demonstrated by the unusual broken pediment supported by pillars. Smith was a professor of Greek and classical philology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and commissioned the design of the house. Frederick Ogg was professor of political science. |
