Dane County Unit of the Association for the Disabled training members of Girl Scout Troop No. 6 at the Washington Orthopedic School for Crippled Children, 545 West Dayton Street. The children are learning about the care of infant and small children. Left to right, facing the seated scouts are Mrs. Rufus Wells, instructor; Mary Parks, first class Scout; Erna Schweppe, troop leader and teacher at the school, and Winifred Orton, assistant troop leader, who is seated and has a Scout on her left. |
