Possibly the residence of Nicholas D. Fratt, who came to Racine in 1843 at the age of 18. He was the president of the Racine County Bank which later was the First National Bank for over 50 years. He also was a delegate to the Democratic National Convention in 1876 and a candidate for Wisconsin Governor in 1881. |
