Aerial view of the Duluth-Superior Bridge, officially named in honor of Richard I. Bong, World War II's Ace of Aces, who hailed from nearby Poplar, Wisconsin. The bridge, which links I-35 in Minnesota with Wisconsin State Highway 2, was dedicated in 1985. It may be the prettiest bridge in Wisconsin. |
