It sits above a gold entablature and is lit from below. A woman representing Wisconsin is enthroned on clouds and is holding the escutcheon of the Wisconsin State Coat of Arms. Below her are other women wrapped in the United States flag and holding products of the state, including grapes, lead, copper, tobacco, and fruit. |
