Police Chief McCormick and Kenneth Jevens
Police Chief William H. McCormick is shown giving eighty dollars to Kenneth Jevens, 14 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Jevens, 2318 Sommers Avenue. The youth found eighty dollars on the sidewalk and gave it to the police. Since there were no claimants, it was returned to Jevems as "honesty is the best policy" example. |
