Malcolm W. Jensen, age 30, City of Madison Sealer of Weights and Measures, is pictured at his desk in the Madison City Market Building. The objects on his desk are a metric weight and a one-once balance used for comparison and calibration of pharmacists' prescription weights and jewelers' weights. He encouraged the city to buy a Toledo automatic dial-type truck scale available to both the city and commercial users.
