For 21 years Ed Kelly and Mike Egan ran the Egan & Kelly Restaurant, 114 N. Fairchild Street. 

For 49 years, Thomas Lawrence Tuttle operated the Columbian Cafe aka the Lunch Wagon, 605 E. Wilson Street.  

For 33 years Louis Waldorf owned Waldorf's Restaurant, 821 University Avenue.

For 20 years James I. Coppernoll owned Cop's Cafe, 11 W. Main Street.

For 20 years William A. Anderson owned Cleveland's Lunch, 410 E. Main Street.

For 22 years Mark F. Martin owned Martin's restaurant, 107 State Street.
