Lansing Wilcox, 102-years of age, the last surviving Wisconsin veteran of the Grand Army of the Republic, is seated in a crowd of people attending a Wisconsin Centennial event. Mr. Wilcox, from Cadott, Wisconsin, rode in the centennial parade.
