The cartoon is accompanied by the words: "Accidents can strike like lightning!", "A second is all it takes", and "BE CAREFUL at all times, or YOU may be next!" There is also an emblem with a black square cross in the center of a white circle, which is surrounded by a black circle with the words: "Green Cross For Safety" in white. |
