The first Catholic church in Milwaukee. The structure is shown here after it was moved to the grounds of St. Francis Seminary, St. Francis Wisconsin. It was subsequently relocated to Old World Wisconsin near Eagle. A small church with a basic cross on the steeple. The foundation stone with the year 1839 is in the front lower left of the building. |
