Inside view of the wood scaffolding built over the sidewalk along the South Carroll Street side of the Blied Building, 29 West Main Street. The scaffolding was made necessary by a falling stone from one of the window cornices on an upper floor. The top two floors are soon to be removed in an effort to make the building safe. The front south facade of the Park Hotel is visible in the background.
DESCRIPTION
