Braden Freed!
Carl Braden (center) leaves the LaGrange Prison with his wife Anne and his attorney Robert Zollinger. Braden was released after a Supreme Court decision ruled that the 1919 Kentucky sedition law was unconstitutional. Anne Braden was arrested under the same law, but her case never came to trial. |
