Ordie A. Juve on Trial for Murder
Ordie A. Juve, 86 Fair Oaks Avenue, seated at lower left during a hearing in the court of Superior Judge Roy H. Proctor to determine if he should be bound over for jury trial on charges of unpremeditated murder in the death of his wife, who was killed during a scuffle between Mr. Juve and his son. With Juve are his son, Charles, 18, standing behind him; his attorney, Darrell MacIntyre, center; and Juve's daughter, Geraldine, 15, seated at right. Mr. Juve was bound over for trial in circuit court. |
