Refugees on their way to Bremerhaven, Germany to sail to the United States. The man in the center is Max Neumann, director of HIAS in Germany. On the left is the Weinschenker family. Frieda Weinschenker is seated in the train doorway on the far right and next to her is her mother Klara Weinschenker.
