Two Horse-Drawn Mowers on Path in Fairmount (?) Park
Two men are guiding horse-drawn mowers down a path in a park. There is a stand of tall trees along the left side of the path, and some low scalloped fencing along the right hand side. There is a statue, not easily visible, in the center of the path in the distance. The words "Fairmount Park Phila" are etched into the emulsion of the negative. Fairmount Park was the site of the 1876 Centennial Exposition. |
