Original caption reads: "International TD-18 Diesel wide-tread TracTracTor provided with cab and complete winter equipment owned by the Town of Arlington, Massachusetts. Operation of the tractor is under the control of the Board of Public Works, Town Hall, Arlington, and consists of three members, Willard A. Wallace, (chairman), Loran W. Marsh, and James R. Smith."
