Randolph of Manitowoc, Secy. Joseph M.C. Bell of Milwaukee, Commissioner Sol P. Huntington of Green Bay, Commissioner John M. Whitehead of Janesville, Chairman Rear Admiral F.M. Symonds of Galesville, Ensign George Lowry of Erie Pennsylvania, and Commissioner (treasurer) Charles B. Perry of Wauwatosa. |
