New Belt Line

Image

A car drives down the western portion of the newly opened Madison belt line. The view is looking northwest in the region of Gilbert road (also Whitney Way). The temporarily paved belt line goes from Middleton to the Fish Hatchery road. "It probably will be nearly two years before the entire belt line is graded and paved according to the state highway commission."
