He is identified as George Standingwater (HaNaKah), an army veteran. He was of the Blue Wing Band, clan name Water Spirit Little Ocean Waves. In the background there are two men standing on the left, and a horse pulling a wagon or carriage on the right. Tents are in the far background. |
