Ruth Ann Tilker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Tilker of 106 Ohio Avenue, is an active 4-year-old baton twirler. She started lessons with her brother Billy, age 10, and sister Nancy, age 9. She takes classes sponsored by the East Side Youth Activities Council at their recreation center, part of the Neighborhood Centers, a Red Feather service of the Community Chest. |
