Wesley Miller's note on the back of the poster reads, "from the manufacturer" and "designed and printed by Joe Wilfur." The proprietors were June and JD Dalton. They had a shop in the 400 Block of West Main Street from 1970 to 1972. The Outrageous Ties shop made clothing and sandals in addition to manufacturing neck ties.
