Tent Inspection for Former Harvester Employees
Major Paul H. Wood, center, inspects cots in a tent while two of the tent occupants, former employees of the International Harvester Company, stand at attention on either side of him. The men likely belonged to the "Harvester Battalion," and may have been stationed at Camp Perry, Ohio for training. The original caption reads: "Major Paul H. Wood (center) takes a morning trip through the camp to see that things are in order. The tent occupants standing at attention are Sgt. James R. Chrisman (left), former dealer, Richmond, Ky., and Joseph J. Stanton, Pvt.F.C., formerly of the Philadelphia (f.e.) branch. |
