Two Ho-Chunk Women in Regalia
Full-length studio portrait in front of a painted backdrop of two unidentified women in traditional clothing with traditional necklaces and strips of silk ribbon over their shoulders. Both have ribbon work on the bottom edge of their blouses. The woman on the left has a slit on the front of her blouse with ribbons sewn on both sides. This is a style used by some of the women from Nebraska. |
