International Truck Carrying Female Employees

International G-1(?) truck carrying International Harvester Company women workers during World War I. The truck is decorated with flags and shields bearing the stars and stripes. A sign mounted above the women reads: "We are taking the place of 4200 International Harvester Co. men now in the army and navy. They give their lives - we give our labor and lend our money to win the war!"
